En forferdelig start på begge omganger gjorde at A-lagsgutta reiste tomhendte hjem fra Birkenes på torsdag.
Hovedtrener Mason Minister oppsummerer kampen:
We suffer from a poor start and concede two relatively easy goals. What I am proud of though, is how the boys came together and managed to turn the first half performance around. In the past where we have conceded first or two quick goals against, we have just fell to pieces. Here there was growth, because we actually had some good opportunities to turn the game back around.
We will be quicker out of the blocks on Thursday, both for the first half and second. We look forward to building on our ability to stick together when things get tough.
